1. Services Provided
RMG Plumbing offers professional plumbing services, including but not limited to:
- Installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Water heater installation and replacement
- Leak detection and repair
- Drain cleaning services
- Commercial and residential plumbing services
Specific services will be outlined in individual agreements or quotes provided to the client.
2. Quotes and Estimates
- All quotes and estimates provided by RMG Plumbing are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
- Quotes are based on the initial inspection and may be subject to change if additional work or materials are required.
- Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated, and additional charges may apply.
3. Payments
- Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, and checks.
- Late payments may incur additional fees or interest.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
- RMG Plumbing provides a limited warranty on parts and labor for services rendered. Specific warranty terms will be provided at the time of service.
- Warranties may be voided if work has been altered or repaired by someone other than RMG Plumbing.
- Certain products or materials may carry their manufacturer warranties, for which RMG Plumbing is not responsible.
6. Limitations of Liability
- RMG Plumbing is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, unforeseen complications, or delays caused by factors outside of our control.
- In no event shall RMG Plumbing be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided.
7. Access to Property
- The client must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property for RMG Plumbing’s technicians to perform services.
- RMG Plumbing is not responsible for delays or incomplete work due to restricted access or unsafe conditions.
8. Permits and Compliance
- The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- RMG Plumbing complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and building codes.
9. Privacy Policy
- RMG Plumbing collects and stores client information only for the purpose of providing services and does not share personal information with third parties without consent.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes or claims related to RMG Plumbing’s services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
- Any legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of California.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- RMG Plumbing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
