I received exceptional service from RMG Plumbers. My recent plumbing emergency was a truly stressful experience, made far worse by the hidden nature of the problem. My 1930s home in Redlands presented a unique challenge: a completely severed drain line from my kitchen sinks, concealed within the wall and causing significant damage in the crawl space beneath the house. Initially, the extent of the damage was completely unknown. After a thorough inspection, RMG Plumbers provided a clear and concise quote for the repairs under the house. However, their expertise revealed a far more extensive issue upon further investigation, uncovering the broken section of pipe hidden within the wall. What impressed me most was RMG's unwavering commitment to the original quoted price, despite the discovery of this unforeseen complication. They resolved the issue completely and professionally, well within the initial estimate. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to upholding their original quote truly set them apart. I had a kitchen drain backup and needed a plumber. I went to Yelp and found RMG Plumbing. Very pleased with the service given by Robert and Alex. They were able to come within 1.5 hours of receiving my request. They came, were extremely professional and were very fairly priced. My toilet cracked and needed replacement. Alex was awesome! He came out the same day I called, and even stayed after normal business hours until the job was completed. He did a fantastic job for a more than reasonable price. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend calling him if you have any plumbing repairs needed.
