We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions at the service location pose health, safety, or legal concerns.

2. Service Guarantees & Limitations

• We strive to deliver high-quality plumbing services and stand by our workmanship.
• Any warranties on services or parts will be explicitly stated in the service agreement.
• We are not liable for pre-existing plumbing issues, structural problems, or damages resulting from improper maintenance by the customer.
• RMG Plumbing is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third parties, weather conditions, supply shortages, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of service.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and approved financing (if available).
• We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you experience an issue related to our work, please contact us immediately, and we will assess and resolve the problem as per our service guarantee.
• If a scheduled service is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.

4. Coupon Terms & Conditions

• Coupons cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.
• Coupon must be presented at the time of service to be valid.
• Offers are valid for a limited time only and may be subject to change.
• Discounts apply to standard pricing only and do not include emergency services, permit fees, or special-order parts.
• One coupon per household or business per service visit.
• Expiration Date: Printed on coupons

5. Liability Disclaimer

• RMG Plumbing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from plumbing failures, leaks, or other service-related issues.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to plumbing areas before service.
• RMG Plumbing is not responsible for property damage caused by pre-existing conditions, water exposure, or faulty installations not performed by us.
• We are not liable for losses due to service delays resulting from unforeseen events such as traffic, weather, or supply chain issues.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes related to RMG Plumbing services shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California. Any legal disputes must be resolved in the appropriate courts of California.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions
